Lazy Beach
Lazy Beach is the original Koh Rong Samloem resort, occupying its own private crescent bay on the island's quieter western coast. The hand-built wooden bungalows are scattered along the beach and up the hillside, all designed to complement the natural environment rather than dominate it. The restaurant serves excellent food considering the remote location, with fresh seafood and wood-fired pizzas. Days are spent swimming in the crystal-clear water, snorkeling around the rocky headlands, reading in hammocks, and watching spectacular sunsets from the beach. There is limited electricity and WiFi — and that is entirely the point.
