    Overview

Both Tourist Visas (T-class) and Business Visas (E-class) can be extended while you're in Cambodia. The process is straightforward but the options differ significantly between visa types.

Tourist Visas offer a single 30-day extension, giving you a maximum of 60 days in Cambodia. Business Visas can be extended for 1, 3, 6, or 12 months and renewed indefinitely, making them the choice for long-term stays.

    Digital Nomads & Long-Term Stays

If you plan to stay longer than 60 days, enter Cambodia on a Business Visa (E-class) rather than a Tourist Visa. You can extend a Business Visa indefinitely without leaving the country.

Tourist visas can only be extended once. After 60 days, you must leave Cambodia. To stay longer, do a visa run and re-enter on a Business Visa.

    Business Visa Extension

Business Visas (E-class) offer flexible extension options from 1 to 12 months. Extensions of 3 months or longer include multiple entry privileges.
