Pour un Sourire d'Enfant (PSE) has been transforming the lives of Cambodia's most vulnerable children since 1996. Founded by Christian and Marie-France des Pallières, PSE rescues children from Phnom Penh's rubbish dumps and streets, providing them with education, vocational training, and a pathway to dignified employment. Today, PSE supports over 6,500 children and young people across 25 vocational training programs.
