The Royal Ploughing Ceremony (Preah Reach Pithi Chrot Preah Neangkol) is one of Southeast Asia's oldest surviving royal rituals. Sacred oxen plough a ceremonial field and then "predict" Cambodia's agricultural fortune by choosing from seven symbolic trays.
