Friends Cooking Class

Friends (Mith Samlanh) is Phnom Penh's most beloved social enterprise restaurant, and their cooking class extends the mission of transforming the lives of former street children through culinary training. The class takes place in the bright, modern kitchen above the restaurant, led by a head chef and assisted by trainee cooks from the Friends program. You'll prepare 3-4 Khmer dishes — typically including amok, Khmer curry, and a dessert — using premium ingredients from the restaurant's suppliers. The atmosphere is fun and interactive, and the food you cook is restaurant-quality. Every dollar spent goes directly toward housing, education, and vocational training for vulnerable youth.
