Le Tigre de Papier Cooking Class
Le Tigre de Papier has been running cooking classes from its Pub Street location since 2004, making it the longest-running cooking school in Siem Reap. Classes begin with a guided tour of the Old Market where you'll select fresh ingredients, learning about Khmer herbs, spices, and vegetables. Back in the open kitchen above the restaurant, you'll cook 4-5 dishes including amok, Khmer curry, and spring rolls under the guidance of experienced Khmer chefs. The atmosphere is social and fun, and you leave with recipes and the skills to recreate Khmer cuisine at home. At $15, it's one of the best-value cooking experiences in Southeast Asia.
