Overview
Dong Kralor–Veun Kham (also called Trapeang Kriel) is the sole land crossing between Cambodia and Laos, in the far north near Stung Treng. It is the gateway to Laos's 4000 Islands (Si Phan Don). The Cambodia e-Visa is accepted, and Laos offers visa on arrival. The crossing is open.

Transport
Through-buses run from Phnom Penh, Kratie and Stung Treng to the 4000 Islands, handling both borders. Minivans meet arrivals on the Laos side.
