Keo Seima Wildlife Sanctuary is one of Cambodia's most important conservation areas, protecting vast tracts of evergreen and semi-evergreen forest in Mondulkiri Province. The sanctuary is famous for its population of black-shanked douc langurs — one of the world's most striking primates — and is home to significant populations of wild elephants. Indigenous Bunong communities play a central role in managing and protecting the forest.

With a local guide, your chances are very good (80%+). The best time is early morning when the langurs are active. They live in troops of 10–30 and are relatively habituated to quiet observers.
